Q: What's the process?
A: As we produce paintings 100% by hand, not prints, it is actually quite complicated. You can see a detailed description here.

Q: Will your artist sign the oil painting?
A: Yes - by default all oil paintings from our gallery are unsigned by the artist. However, if you like, you can request us to sign it without extra charge.

Q: Are your reproductions copyrighted works?
A: Every painting in our gallery is either in the public domain or being sold under license from the estate of the artist. There's no need to worry about copyright infringement. If you find on our database a work of art which you suspect as being unlicensed, please notify us immediately.

Q: Can I purchase original art from you as well?
A: Yes, we have a special catalog for our original art designs, and we can create original paintings from your photographs/images.

Q: How long before I receive the painting?
A: Between 14 and 18days. After you've approved the painting, we'll ship it to you immediately. Shipping can take 3 to 4 days.
